I have my own website

I now have my own website: www.missfala.net How cool is that!!! There is nothing on it at the moment as i am too busy with holiday preparations to do anything with it, but will sort it when i get back.
I also attempted to upload the photos from Ascot weekend, however something appears to have gone wrong, and only one photo has appeared on there, so will also try and sort that out - but hey ho, have a look anyway.
This time tomorrow I will nearly have finished work and be heading into Acomb for euros and the like. God, I can't wait, two whole weeks of doing what we like when we want. Got very excited looking on the kos hotel websites, there was a report from someone who stayed in our hotel 2 weeks ago, they said it was by far the best hotel in the resort!!! Always nice to hear.

Last night....

.... I saw the scariest movie i think that I have ever seen!! If you pull it apart piece by piece i don't think it should have been that scary, but put it all together as a combo, and my heart was ready to explode. Also, just in case you were wondering it was not just me being a wuss, Mr. fesk was also of the same opinion. i would highly recommend going to see The descent, but not if you are a fraidy cat!!
We then came home and watched a programme about the nations love of curry and ended up having to have one delivered. (As you can tell the holiday diet has gone to plan!!)

Ouch!!

At last I am hair free, in time for my jollies - God the things women go through for vanity.
Had a nice evening last night - another BBQ, and of course some Archers jacuzzi.
Mr. Fesk has just got the cases from the loft, so think that I am maybe going to do a bit of packing in a bit, before we go to the cinema to see The Descent.
Not much else to say really, will give you a review of the film tomorrow - maybe.

Not long now...

Really can't be arsed to go to work this morning. Oh well, after today only three days left at work and one of them is only for four hours.
Baby (well, ocean) sitting tonight, have promised her a Chinese take away (yum yum) and think we will hire a game for the x box (hehe - my choice will be Sonic classixs).

Happy birthday missfala

Just realised that I started this blog a year ago today. Thought it was worth a mention, a lot has happened over the year, mainly good things, so here's to the next one.

Throw bab at ya!!

Have just finished working my first night in ages - and it has nearly killed me. Also didn't read all the text books for my course like I planned to as couldn't be arsed.
Not much gone on this week really. Its that crappy week before you go on holiday, when you start to wind down, but you are actually still at work.
Oh well, this time next week we will have been in the air for an hour and a half, well on our way to two weeks of sun, sea and whatever comes our way ;). Apparently it is between 34 and 38 degrees in Kos at the moment, along with the air con i think that will do us nicely thank you.
Apparently Norris and Percy like Chinese cabbage.
I suppose I had better go to bed for a bit.
Getting really peed off with e bay at the mo, i have purchased two things form different sellers 2 weeks ago, and neither of them have either sent the goods or replied to my e mails - tossers!!
Having said that, i bet they now both arrive just after i have gone to bed, so that the post man has to bang loudly in the door, or i have to drag my ass down to the post office later. Can't decide if my need for the mindless crap i have purchased is greater than my need not to get woken up.

A bird eating a cheesy wotsit......

Went to Lotherton Hall on fri with work and one of the highlights of the day was a tame thrush flying down and eating a cheesy wotsit from my hand (picture to follow)!! I was highly amused by this and took a cracking picture.
Have just got back from another brill weekend in Brum, the weather has been cracking as has the company (as always!!). Here are some highlights:
*The exhaust NOT falling off my car this time.
*The girls kicking the Grinch's arse at cards.
*Archers jacuzzi (the bestest cocktail in the world) know by some as the 'Girl monger'.
*The Chinese supermarket
*Wing wah
*Tunoch's tea cakes
*The BBQ
*Laughing so much my jaw ached
*The constant double entendre spotting

NB To try an Archers jacuzzi you will need, a bottle of fizzy Asti type stuff (although we used champers this weekend which was nice). Gin, Peach schnapps and orange juice. The amounts are up to you, so therefore the strength can vary, however to make a 'Girl Monger', I think that the precise measurements were, one bottle of champagne, half a bottle of cheap peach schnapps, about a third of a carton of OJ, and then fill to the top of the jug with Gin. (It was a big Jug).

Yellow bird up high in banana tree

Well, its been a bit of an odd week, lots of stuff going on. But never mind, as heading to brum this afternoon for a festival of fun and meer cats!!
Bullet points for this week include:
Having the house to myself (which scores both plus and minus points)
Going strawberry picking
Feeling like shit on my anti biotics
Deciding to seriously start losing some weight
Starting to keep a food diary
Being very sweaty
Getting a new, very funky phone of which I shall probably never even use half the capacity.

Sweaty pits

Been very hot and muggy today, but I still went to aqua fit. My body is starting to get used to the heavy duty drugs now, so don't feel anywhere near as crap as i did yesterday.
Can't wait till Friday, although i suppose I had better be careful with the drinking, as a few people will remember what happened last time i mixed alcohol, Birmingham and anti biotics - not pretty!!

Hairy legs and stuff

Waxing is a brilliant idea, but the hairy legs you have to have in the run up are not!! It is now 2 weeks and 3 days till our hols, and i am desperately trying to resist the temptation to shave my legs - erggghh.
Also, am on majorly strong anti biotics (500mg 4 x a day) ((the usual dose is 25omg 3 x a day)) due to a spot i developed which then turned into o something nasty and made my eye swell up so i looked like i had been punched. Yes, this week you could mainly say - I am a minger!!
Went to see war of the worlds on fri, excellent movie, but bit of a pants ending with some loose ends in need of tying up.
As for the events of this week, what can i say really, it is appalling, and although I'm sure these people think that they have their reasons, surely there is another way than loss of life. I watched it unfold on the news on Thursday morning, and it made me feel sick to my stomach. Imagine the person you love leaving for work one morning and never coming home - it doesn't bare thinking about.

Its been pissing it down......

......and mainly on me. I have got rained on so many times today I have lost count. Team that with the fact i have worked a double shift and you can only imagine how gorgeous I look. Never went to Flares in the end due tot he rain, stayed in and put picture sup instead.
Been a bit of a boring day really, don;t even know why I'm bothering to update my blog. Oh well, BB in 10 mins, nothing like a bit of sexual depravity and mindless rowing to brighten the day.

No title

Went to see the only baby in the world that has been capable of almost making me want one today - Jamie, God, he is the kind of cute that makes you want to eat him, and he never cries, unless he can see food and then he wants it then and there. Makaela even has to hide his bottle until it is hot enough to give it to him as he will just stare at it. Reminds me a bit of Mr. Fesk and meat or gin actually.
Feeling quite pleased with myself, as got my reading list for uni today, and have managed to buy a lot of it second hand on ebay and Amazon.
Not much else to tell really. On a long day at work tomorrow, and taking a couple of the ladies i work with to flares, so should be quite a nice evening, not like work at all really, apart form the fact that i will be in a pub unable to drink. That bit might be quite hard, depending on how the rest of the day goes. Waffling now, so shall bog off.

Nowadays style is accessible to everyone

Have just passed the day by spending lots of money. We've finally got round to buying the tiles for the kitchen, and we have also bought 2 leather sofas - nice! After spending weeks deciding whether we should get new ones or not, a bonus refund from the mortgage was the deciding factor.
Biking to work 3 days in a row had a bizarre effect - It made me get pissed really easily on Friday night. Went to Mr. Green's Onion club, for a soul night this time, the band was good although slightly disappointing after last time, but by the time I left I could barely stand.
Had a BBQ (again) last night, friends came round and we had a really good night, thanks to PIMMS and very strong Archers Jaccuzzi.
